Vanilla Ice Cream | Cooking Master

Vanilla Ice Cream :

There is no one in the world who does not love Vanilla Ice Cream. Thats why I am here to teach you the proper way how to make it at home.

Ingredients :

● 4 Cup Milk Cream
● 1 tsp. Corn flour
● 1 tsp. Gelatin
● 1/4 Cup Water
● 1/2 Cup Sugar
● 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Essence
● 4 tsp. Sugar Powder

Instructions :

                 Mix cornflour in a little milk and keep aside. Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup water in a small heavy bottomed pan. Heat on a slow flame and stir continuously till it dissolves. Boil milk for 20 mins on a medium flame and add sugar. Add cornflour paste, stirring continuously. Boil for 2 mins till it become a thin custard. Remove from fire and let it cool. Add to it gelatine solution. Freeze for 5-6 hours. Cut the frozen custard into small cubes and beat well till smooth and fluffy. Again keep in the freeze. Your sweet Venilla Ice Cream is ready to enjoy.
